June is almost here and so is Rocky Mountain School of the Arts Intermediate and Advanced Dance Intensives that include a week of special Ballet Master Classes taught by Principal Dancer Natalia Magnicaballi in Cody, Wyoming from June 3-7, 2019.
Magnicaballi was in Cody just a few months ago as the guest dancer who performed the role of the Sugar Plum Fairy in Rocky Mountain Dance Theatre’s annual Nutcracker production. RMSA/RMDT is thrilled to have this special relationship with such an esteemed dancer. After over 15 years of dancing with Ballet Arizona, Magnicaballi retired in 2018 but her dancing continues as she is tours with Farrel Ballet, teaches, and performs as a guest dancer.
Magnicaballi is excited to be returning to Cody and has this to say about the summer program: “2019 marks my 5th consecutive year teaching at RMSA’s Summer Program. I’m truly grateful for being part of Mrs. Elizabeth Fernandez’ vision. It’s a wonderful joy to witness the dancers growing and progressing year after year, building such a solid foundation through RMSA’s ballet program that allows them to quickly understand and acquire new information, mastering so much in just a Summer Program week, when we work together. I’m very much looking forward to working with them and to continue passing all my knowledge to them this summer.”
RMSA/RMDT looks forward to Magnicaballi’s arrival and we are thrilled our students have the opportunity to learn from her expertise.
RMSA Academy 3 and up students can register for this week of Intensives with the Ballet Master Classes online or through the app. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity!
